Courvoisier are back with their fun adventures. For two days only, they invite cocktail aficionados to experience their Courvoisier Institute of Grand Cocktails, an immersive theatrical experience through a world of classic cocktails

Mickael Perron (Bar Manager, Annabel’s), Amanda Humphrey (Bar Manager, 5 Hertford Street), Chris Lacey (Bar Manager, Rules)

If you haven’t heard, Courvoisier like to create huge punch bowls to row across and hold dinner parties in dinosaurs. Now the cognac gurus have taken over The Heritage Rooms in Bloomsbury Square with The Courvoisier Institute of Grand Cocktails, “Created by Courvoisier over a hundred years ago for the world’s grandest bartenders to perfect the ultimate cocktail”

Enjoy a refreshing Courvoisier Punch in the building’s produce stores; a series of rooms holding Punch ingredients, as inspired by Annabel’s bar manager, Mickael Perron; toast 5 Hertford Street’s bar manager Amanda Humphrey with a Courvoisier Champagne Cocktail in a grand but derelict Rococo ballroom or take a night cap in a New Orleans-style apothecary where Rules’ bar manager Chris Lacey will serve a classic Courvoisier Sazerac.
