My first @Burger_Breakout burger! Not a Fisher Price option, I opted for the “Whiskey Beast” described on the menu as;
Dry aged, Cornish beef patty, topped with smoked bacon, Cornish blue cheese and Whiskey Mustard
However, I was sorely tempted to order The Swine Time after reading the preparation method on NoshableAdam’s feature. (Cornish minced pork patty, topped with pulled pork, cheese and apple and jalapeño mayo).
“Dave’s injecting oregano vinegar into pork shoulder a full 24 hours before it goes in the oven and cooked slow and low for 16 hours.”
Maybe I’ll have that next…
