This eagerly awaited restaurant at the top of Heron Tower has officially opened to the public today! (Mon 30-Jul-2012)
SUSHISAMBA showcases the unique fusion of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine which evolved from the Japanese immigrant community in Brazil. Already well established in the US (Miami, New York, Chicago, Las Vegas) this is their first foray into Europe
The substantial venue is 13,423-square-feet (1,247-square-meters) and occupies the entire 38th and 39th floors of London’s 2nd tallest building, Heron Tower. Two outdoor dining terraces, multiple cocktail bars and private event space, with a max capacity reported as 350, this is one of the most impressive (and ambitious) bar restaurant launches so far this year.
