This is the “Mackerel Tartare, Horseradish & Carta Di Musica”. Fortunately for anyone on a date, it doesn’t have a strong mackerel taste! The chunks of fish have a surprisingly solid bite and are excellently complemented with the white horseradish sauce to give the dish a great kick.

For those non-Italian speakers, “Carte Di Musica” translates literally as “sheet music”, so called because these Sardinian flatbreads are extremely flat and thin.
