This is the “Guatemalen Spirit” cocktail from Aqua Kyoto, Soho. A Ron Zacapa 23, saffron bitters, crème de mure and Fernet Branca. At £16.50 this is the most expensive cocktail on their menu. However, it does use the £50 a bottle Ron Zacapa 23, an extremely nice Guatemalan rum aged in Bodega, 8,000 ft above sea level
