These guys are serving a unique ‘Dragon’s Tail Tenmusu‘ (Tempura Prawns Wrapped with Rice and Nori Seaweed). If you’re not that adventurous, ‘Soya’ will also be serving ‘Yakisoba’ (Teppan Fried Noodles with mixed vegetables cooked on a hot griddle).
