Blanch & Shock, the experimental chef duo, are now resident in a pop-up at The Endurance Pub, Soho. Running for 4 weeks from Mon 6th August, they promise the “best seasonal ingredients possible, with meat and vegetables from small scale producers, sustainable fish and wild foods. Our menus will change throughout the month as the summer’s ingredients change.”

Today’s I’ve come in for lunch, which is walk-in only. Saturday dinners are reservation only via The Endurance.
