Thanks to Blanch & Shock Food Design for providing me with this most unusual dining experience! The small plates lunch dining experience was fascinating. Potatoes cooked in hay and 17-hour pork belly are definitely dishes to try.
The first four dishes below are the described here. The last dish is “Brioche doughnuts, green gooseberries” served hot, with a thick gooseberry sauce.
This most unique pop-up runs until 1st Sep. If you work in Soho during the week, drop in for lunch, no reservations for the 12h00-15h00 slot.
