This was a one-night-only pop up from nomadic cevicheria The Last Days of Pisco.

Held at the discrete Farringdon caves of, ‘Twenty Two To Twenty Six’, it served up a night of pisco cocktails and ceviche to those lucky enough to have booked at one of the two sittings of the evening.

Cocktails were made in collaboration with bar consultants The Last Days of Pisco which included a Pisco Inferno made with ‘3 types of chilli bitters’!
