This is one or my “must try” bottles of the show. It’s the Madagascan Dzama Rum XV at the Distillation stand. Apart from being a great old aged rum it rather uniquely starts with a smoky nose and hits you with an initial peaty smack in the face. If it weren’t for the characteristic rum sweetness, you could probably pass this off as an Islay whisky!
