I was invited to dinner by a Michelin Starred chef who wanted to check these claims… unfortunately the results were rather disappointing. If you look at the photo the upper two smaller slices are on their 50% off offer. The lower two slices were taken from a cut which was NOT on the 50% offer. (Which does seem to contradict their advertising).
