Disiac is a relative newcomer to the Soho restaurant scene. Anywhere else in the country it would still be ‘new’ but with insane pace of restaurant openings in Central London, their debut 3 months ago seems like an eternity.

Pan fried scallops, chorizo and broad beans

This is a venue which didn’t seem to receive a lot of fanfare on opening. I didn’t hear a buzz about it this summer so maybe I wasn’t the target audience of the PR agency. Even looking online, the only Disiac reviewer I recognise is ‘man about town’ Hugh Wright, who also admits to hearing very little about this place.

I visited yesterday, and like Hugh, I liked the place. Currently there’s 30% off if you book via Top Table or Time Out. Definitely worth trying while the offer still runs.
