Fred Flintstone eat your heart out. This is the prehistoric sized rib from Smoke Stack, the new streetfood vendor at hugely popular streetfood market ‘Street Feast’
The Smokestak crew have a huge smoker imported from the US and were on hand to serve beef ribs, pork ribs… and this huge monster of a rib! I carried one through the crowds at Street Feast… to much amusement… more to follow.
