The menu is split into 5 sections, snacks, vegatables, fish, meat and sweet. I close one from each. (Sweet of “Brioche doughnuts, green gooseberries” came later!).

- VEGETABLES: “Hay Potatoes, yoghurt & majorum”
- MEAT: “17 Hour Pork Belly, smoked wild plums & baby gem”
- FISH: “Cured bream, watercress & pickled radishes”
- SNACKS: “Chicken Skin & red gooseberry powder”
This is certainly the most unusual looking lunch I’ve had for a while! English tapas springs to mind with all these little plates.
